Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Golden August. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time
All orders are usually shipped within 8 business days, unless the purchase included an out of stock item or is a preorder (follow shipping estimates under specific product in those cases).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (Sales, Christmas, Mothers Day etc.) shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges and estimated arrival time for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. A more accurate delivery estimate can be found using the tracking number you will receive via email once your order has departed from our studio. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and are the sole responsibility of the shipping provider. If you have questions on the status of your order after it has been shipped, please do not contact us before first contacting the shipping provider as we will have no more information than they can provide.

Local pick up

If you want to skip the shipping charges, we are still offering local pick up to locals in Abbotsford and South Surrey, BC. Please choose the pick location at checkout under "delivery method".

*occasionally specific greens may not be available after an order has been placed for reasons out of our control (a farm having a poor crop or other issues). If this should happen we will substitute with your permission to the next closest item or refund for that portion of the order.*
