Floral Returns

No Refunds/Exchanges:

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@goldenaugust.com with details and photos of the product, the package and the defect within 4 days of arrival. Once it has been approved by Golden August, we will send you the return address.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

 

Refunds
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer via a trackable method. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for any missing packages. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a shop credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received the credit will be issued

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

*occasionally specific greens may not be available after an order has been placed for reasons out of our control (a farm having a poor crop or other issues). If this should happen we will substitute with your permission to the next closest item or refund for that portion of the order.*

 

Clothing Returns

Returns/Exchange:

All discounted/sale items are not eligible fore exchange or return.

Orders cannot be retuned for a refund, but exchanges are accepted (pending product availability). If desired replacement product is unavailable, customer can return the item for Golden August credit. To be eligible for an exchange please adhere to these guidelines:

- Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.

- Return postage is at the expense of the customer. Tracking info must be provided to Golden August when package has been shipped. Golden August is not liable for any lost or missing return packages.

- Items must be received by Golden August and inspected prior to the replacement item being sent out.

- We require a receipt of proof of purchase, and item must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and scent free with all tags still attached.

- We must be notified  by email that an exchange needs to be made prior to the item being sent back. Please notify us at: hello@goldenaugust.com

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll be able to do an exchange once the returned item is received back to Golden August.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will need the gift giver to send the invoice and notify us that an exchange needs to be made.
